Molding Process Junior Engineer

Work together with Molding team during running new product development including injection and Printing process.
Work with Agile to release part, BOM, drawing, spec and document related to new project: PFMEA, Process flow chart, MVP/R, MP and protocols for molding inhouse plastics
Support troubleshooting molding issues when molding team needed on sustaining projects.
Monitor the existing tools life and suggest for the new development based on the client forecast.
Continuous improvement quality and quantity, optimise the process and reduce the manpower by applying automation process
Carry out other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Support to make the fixture, select the tampon and Ink material for new Product with printing.
Support Molding to repair or modify the mold during producing or issue happened.

Troubleshooting and analytical skill
Have knowledge about Mold structure, Molding process and Injection Molding machine. Open for fresh graduated.
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineer equivalent. Have working experience in Molding environment is advantage
Ability to work in a team and be an individual contributor in a fast- paced, changing workplace.
Good in English written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S and ISO quality system methodology.
