Monetization Specialist (Mobile Game)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Monetization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue from in- game advertising and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure a balance between monetization performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Continuously monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile game monetization.
Manage and optimize ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue from mobile games.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with advertising and monetization partners.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design and analyze monetization strategies that increase revenue while maintaining player satisfaction.
Research and evaluate potential new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Minimum 2 years of hands- on experience in Monetization or User Acquisition roles within the game industry.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and highly responsible, with a strong sense of ownership.
Good English communication skills for daily collaboration with international partners.
Solid understanding of mobile game monetization models, especially in- game advertising.
