Job Mission:
• Drive customer satisfaction.
• Execution of Joint Business plan of customers.
• Build people capability and capacity through teams to increase return to shareholders.
• Profitable revenue growth at customers and stores level.
Key Responsibilities:
Joint Business Plan Development:
• Conduct top- to- top meetings with the key customers annually.
• Lead the development of Joint Business Plans for key account customers.
New Account/Channel Opening:
• Propose new channels/markets for Key Accounts, including insights on market potential, competition, and entry strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to evaluate the attractiveness of new channels and secure management approval.
• Implement expansion strategies for the HORECA, vending machine, and on- premise channels.
• Co- develop, negotiate, and execute channel- specific trade concepts that can be replicated nationwide.
Customer Performance Review:
• Conduct monthly reviews of customer performance, focusing on: Sales growth, Profit growth, ASMPQ performance metrics.
Initiative Business Model:
• Ensure outstanding merchandising practices in key accounts to maximize visibility and sales potential.
• Develop and implement new business models focused on foodservice within stores and shop- in- shop concepts.
Sales Training and Coaching:
• Assess the training needs of the sales team to enhance capabilities and conduct monthly sales training sessions.
Sales Forecasting:
• Produce weekly sales forecasts, ensuring a high level of accuracy in predictions.
Market Visits and Field Coaching:
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and provide coaching to the sales team on- site, focusing on enhancing ASMPQ performance metrics.
