Job Description
Tune and update rules for IS solutions serving MASS/SME clients (e.g., WAF and Anti- DDoS).
Participate in IS incident response drills for clients, specifically those related to web and DDoS attacks.
Handle DDoS and web attacks, ensuring compliance with client SLAs. This involves analyzing logs and utilizing Anti- DDoS and WAF solutions to defend against attacks.
Continuously update knowledge on new network security and web attack techniques, then develop defense strategies and optimize solutions accordingly.
Optimize and upgrade the architectural design of IS solution infrastructure (WAF, Anti- DDoS, etc.) to ensure stability and scalability, meeting the business needs of MASS/SME clients.
Research technologies and the latest optimization/defense techniques to improve and update solutions.
Operate and monitor infrastructure for Information Security (IS) solutions provided to MASS/SME clients (e.g., WAF, Anti- DDoS). This includes ensuring service stability and security, and handling a full range of infrastructure- related incidents from basic to advanced.
Requirements
1 Qualifications
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics- Informatics, or related fields
2 Requirements/Competencies:
Good information- gathering skills.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Fundamental understanding of common web security risks based on the OWASP Top 10.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, TICK, Prometheus, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in network or network security.
Knowledge of Linux servers, web servers, and virtualization systems like VMware ESXi, vCenter, or similar.
In- depth knowledge of DDoS attack types, from Layer 3, Layer 4 to Layer 7. You should regularly research and update new attack techniques to propose solutions that ensure client service availability.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for network and network security issues, including the ability to analyze and handle vulnerabilities in a company’s network system.
Understand the concepts and methods for analyzing and monitoring network- level alerts and threats.
Basic understanding of Cloud Computing, Docker, and Containers.
