New Product Development Specialist

NPD Process and Documentation Management

Responsible for managing all paperwork related to the NPD process.

Monitor the progress of each stage and update forms and project reports.

Cross- functional Follow- up

Interact with stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Assist with preparing documents for Gate Meetings, taking minutes, and tracking post- meeting actions.

Documentation & Filing

Store, update, and standardize all documents: business proposals, risk registers, timelines, project reports, etc.

Compiling reports.

Process Compliance & Improvement

Ensure all activities are carried out according to the established SOPs.

Propose process improvements within the scope of work to optimize efficiency.

Other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field Business Administration, Economics, Food Technology, Marketing, etc.
Preference for candidates with PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certifications (Prince2, Agile, etc.)
Proficient in project planning and management tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

Work Location: 63 Cao Thang Str, Ban Co Ward 3, HCMC.
Able to create and standardize templates: business case, risk register, project tracker.
Experience participating in or supporting Gate Meetings, managing timeline, risks, and budget.
Experience in coordinating new product development projects or operating launch a new product processes.
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
