Record and report any irregularities such as flight delays, changes, lost luggage, VIP arrivals, or special requests.
Contact guests or relevant departments to confirm flight time and pick- up arrangements.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of before leaving the destination.
Monitor the daily departure list and coordinate with Bell Service, Guest Relations, and Drivers to arrange proper transfer schedules.
Assist departing guests at the airport with check- in procedures, baggage declaration, and problem resolution if needed.
Notify the Front Office team through the internal communication channel once the guest departs from the airport to prepare for a smooth check- in.
Greet guests at the arrival gate with a professional and friendly attitude, introduce yourself and the hotel.
Prepare and submit daily reports on guest arrivals and departures, special cases, and guest feedback.
Receive the daily guest arrival list and transportation summary, confirm flight details, number of guests, and assigned vehicle type.
Update flight information and special requests in the Opera system and share with the internal communication group.
Support the coordination and welcoming of group arrivals, MICE guests, and VIPs as directed by the Supervisor or Duty Manager.
Escort guests to the assigned vehicle, assist with luggage loading, and verify the guest list with the driver.
Be present at the airport at least 30 minutes before flight arrival; check name board, uniform, hotel signage, and welcome materials.
Assist guests with customs or luggage handling when necessary, ensuring they feel well cared for and attended to.
Yêu cầu công việc
College or University degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or higher position in a 5- star hotel.
Preferably with experience working in an international or global hotel brand environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant office applications.
Strong knowledge and hands- on experience with OPERA PMS, with good understanding of CRS and Channel Manager systems.
