Mô tả công việc
Prepare and send arrival notice, delivery order to consignee, and resolve shipment issues.
Submit manifest to the customs declaration system.
Update shipment data in company files; follow up with carriers/co- loaders to ensure manifest submission on time.
Assist Leader to monitor and manage the import team’s daily shipment arrangements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues.
Verify customer payment status before releasing the Delivery Order (D/O)
Receive pre- alert from Overseas Dimerco and Agents, check related documents (HBL/MBL) and provide timely feedback to the overseas office/agents in case of any mismatch.
Update free time to customer (if any)
Prepare documents for payment, cost, or collection and transfer to the accounting department.
Update information in Value Plus system (sales, costs, debit/credit notes).
Send bank payment slip to carriers/co- loaders to obtain the E- Delivery Order (E D/O)
Ensure on- time billing, cost approval and monthly shipment lot closing as per KPIs.
Report and follow up with the manager for all assignments and issues.
Communicate and coordinate with customers, carriers, and affiliated vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Verify SOP, cost, and selling rate with Sales or Agents/Carriers for each account or shipment.
Yêu cầu công việc
Onboard time: As soon as possible (long- term contract)
Education: Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor&039;s Degree, Economics, Foreign trading, International transportation, Logistics solution or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Personal qualities: Self- motivated, respectful, honest, and trustworthy
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills
Language: Good command of English
