Maximizes hotel revenue through effective up- selling of room types and hotel services.
Minimizes no- shows by reconfirming arrivals and checking for duplicate reservations.
Follows up on all guest requests and ensures responses are provided within 24 hours of receipt.
Ensures up- to- date knowledge of all reservation systems and is fully conversant with rates, packages, and special offers.
Follows up on booking administration to support the Front Office team in carrying out effective check- in operations.
Ensures deposits or payments are properly followed up and accurately updated in the PMS and relevant reports.
Strictly follows the Accor Resavision program when handling reservations, modifications, or cancellations at all times.
Maintains awareness of other Accor hotels in Vietnam and assists guests with information regarding sister properties, including forwarding leads to the relevant team members.
Ensures all correspondence is accurate and consistent with data in the Opera system.
Follows up on GIT bookings, tentative bookings, waiting lists, and related reservations.
Prepares and follows up on arrival information, including 3- day checks and same- day checks for both guaranteed and non- guaranteed reservations.
Ensures all reservation information is entered accurately into the system with the highest quality standards and minimal errors.
Immediately reports to the Reservation Manager any booking releases, cancellations, or modifications that may impact occupancy or revenue forecasts.
Obtains ETA information for VIP and GIT bookings and informs relevant departments accordingly.
Provides clear, positive, and accurate explanations of hotel services and facilities to guests.
Optimizes occupancy levels and average room rates in line with the selling strategies set by the Revenue Manager and/or RevMax team.
Handles reservations via telephone, fax, or internet, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the PMS.
Provides courteous, friendly, and personalized greetings and farewells in accordance with the Accor Resavision program.

Thành thạo tiếng Anh
Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương ít nhất 1 năm ở các khu Nghỉ dưỡng, Khách sạn 4* hoặc 5*
