Mô tả công việc
- Verify facts, gather evidence, and prepare documentation for Disciplinary Committee meetings.
- Maintain and categorize disciplinary files of violating employees.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Receive and review violation reports from the Employee Relations (ER) department.
- Manage violation records on the GHCM system.
- Prepare for upcoming client audits.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree (Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong skills in teamwork, problem- solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or a similar position is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Labor Law, meticulous attention to detail, and a result- oriented mindset.
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC 600+ or IELTS 5.5+ preferred).
- Positive attitude, high adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
