Nhân Viên Kiểm Tra Chất Lượng Cơ Khí – QC Inspector

* Product Quality Inspection:- Inspect and evaluate the quality of mechanical products at different production stages,including checking dimensions, accuracy, and surface finish.- Ensure products meet technical standards and customer/investor requirements.* Welding and Material Inspection:- Perform welding quality inspections using non- destructive testing (NDT) methods such as Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), etc.- Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.* Use of Measuring Tools:- Utilize measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, CMM machines, and other devices to inspect the dimensions and accuracy of mechanical components.* Documentation and Reporting:- Record and report the results of quality inspections.- Complete acceptance and handover documentation as per company and stakeholder requirements.* Production Process Monitoring:- Monitor and supervise product quality throughout the production process to ensure adherence to approved procedures and quality standards.* Ensure Safety and Quality Standards:- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during the inspection and production processes.- Follow quality and environmental protection standards.

- Graduate with a college diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.- At least 1- 2 years of experience in a Mechanical QC Inspector role or a similar position.- Experience in using measuring tools and knowledge of non- destructive testing (NDT) methods and mechanical quality standards.- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality inspection software.- Detail- oriented, diligent, with good teamwork and problem- solving skills
