(Overview of duties)

Tư vấn, Báo giá, Theo dõi hợp đồng, Thực hiện xử lý đơn hàng, Theo dõi công nợ cho khách hàng/ Deliver customer consulting services, issue quotations, follow up on contract execution, manage order fulfillment, and monitor outstanding receivables.
Mở rộng khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ Khoa Học Nông Nghiệp / Develop customers using Agroscience service
Thực hiện các yêu cầu hoạt động Marketing, chuyên môn về Khoa học Nông nghiệp tại các buổi hội thảo, chuyên đề từng thời điểm/ Execute marketing initiatives and deliver technical expertise in Agricultural Science during seminars and topic- specific events as scheduled.
Phối hợp BD các chi nhánh tiếp cận, thuyết phục và chăm sóc khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ Khoa học nông nghiệp/ Coordinate with Business Development teams at branches to approach, persuade, and support customers in using Agroscience service.

Trách nhiệm chính

Hỗ trợ tư vấn chuyên môn về Khoa học nông nghiệp cho các nhóm BD các chi nhánh/ Provide technical consulting support in Agroscience to Business Development teams at branch offices
Đề xuất, tham gia chuẩn bị và triển khai các chiến dịch Marketing quảng bá dịch vụ Agroscience tại từng thời điểm theo yêu cầu của BDM/ Initiate and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Agroscience services, in alignment with the Business Development Manager&039;s directives and timelines.
Hiểu và nắm rõ các phần mềm Báo giá, chạy mẫu, hệ thống test codes để tư vấn, báo giá, chạy mẫu cho nhóm dịch vụ Agroscience/ Gain proficiency in quotation platforms, sample execution systems, and test code databases to provide accurate consulting, pricing, and sample processing for Agroscience service.
Báo cáo tuần, tháng, quý đến Trường phòng kinh doanh/ Report to BDM weekly, monthly, quarterly.
Phối hợp phòng Lab để xây dựng, cập nhật các test codes thuộc mảng Agroscience / Collaborate with the laboratory team to establish and regularly update test codes for Agroscience services
Theo dõi báo giá, hợp đồng, đơn hàng, công nợ nhóm khách hàng Agroscience / Monitor quotations, contracts, orders, and receivables for the Agroscience customer group
Tư vấn chuyên môn về kỹ thuật cho Khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ Agroscience/ Deliver specialized technical consulting to clients utilizing Agroscience service offerings

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Nông nghiệp, Khoa học đất / Agriculture, Soil Science
Tối thiểu 02 năm trong các lĩnh vực về Khoa học Nông nghiệp/ At least 2 years of professional experience in areas related to Agricultural Science
Tiếng Anh lưu loát / Fluent English skills required
Tư duy logic tốt/ Strong logical thinking
Kỹ năng quản lý và sắp xếp thời gian/ Time management and organizational skills
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt / Excellent communication skills
