• Work with digital color approval systems (e.g., Natific or similar) for managing color approvals.
• Collaborate with QA/Technical teams to set up fabric quality standards and technical requirements.
• Conduct counter- sourcing to find competitive fabric alternatives in terms of cost, lead time, and quality.
• Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure smooth handover of approved fabrics for production.
• Source and develop new fabrics based on customer requirements and seasonal trends.
• Participate in Risk Analysis (RA) for fabric development and bulk approval.
• Negotiate fabric costing and bulk prices with suppliers to meet target margins.
• Handle lab dips and strike- offs; ensure accurate submission to buyers as per timelines.
• Build and maintain fabric collections and a systematic fabric library.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

• College/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Textile and Garment Technology, or related fields.
• Knowledge of textile and garment manufacturing process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years work experience in similar position.
• Good communication skills, Negotiation skills, Problem solving skills.
