Nhân Viên Quản Lý Hệ Thống Hóa Chất

* Manage and maintain the factory’s Chemical Management System to ensure all raw materials comply with customers&039; chemical safety standards and relevant national regulations. This role focuses on documentation control and compliance assurance without direct handling of hazardous chemicals.* Key Responsibilities:- Manage and update the Chemical Management System database and documentation.- Review, check, and archive supplier documents and test reports related to chemical compliance.- Verify that all incoming materials meet customers’ chemical standards and national regulatory requirements.- Work with suppliers to clarify and resolve non- conformities regarding chemical compliance documentation.- Support internal and external audits related to chemical management.- Prepare compliance reports as required by customers or regulatory bodies.- Ensure smooth communication between suppliers, QA, Production, and Compliance teams regarding chemical documentation.- Ensure that the factory’s chemical management activities comply with internal policies and customer- specific standards.

* Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.- Basic knowledge of chemical regulations such as REACH, RoHS, CPSIA, EN71- 3 is an advantage.- Good English communication skills (reading and writing).
