Job Summary:
As a Cashier Staff, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of financial transactions with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Your duties include processing ticket purchases, credit card withdrawals, currency exchanges, buy- in and paid- out transactions, and maintaining customer money. You are expected to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a smooth operation at the cashier counter. Compliance with all transaction and security protocols is essential, as is accurate reporting of promotions and shift activities. The role also requires effective teamwork, cross- department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively support customers, resolve complaints, and collect feedback for service improvement.
- Perform all transactions: ticket purchase, credit card withdrawal, customer money keeping, currency exchange, buy- in, and paid- out.
- Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to work rules and procedures.
- Strictly comply with transaction protocols, security procedures, and double- check requirements for high- value transactions.
- Ensure prompt and efficient transaction processing to maintain a smooth flow and avoid congestion at the cashier counter.
- Accurately record promotional issuance and complete end- of- shift reports on time.
- Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments during payouts and daily operations.

Education:

- High School Diploma with at least 3- year experience in hospitality industry or College Diploma

Experience:

- Female candidates only, aged between 22 and 30.
- Shift work: one shift will be fixed for one week, then rotated (Shift A: 6 AM – 2 PM, Shift B: 2 PM – 10 PM, Shift C: 10 PM – 6 AM).
- Applications must be submitted in English.
- Interview will be conducted entirely in English.
- Good English communication skills.
