Manage visual merchandising with brands personnel and display counters according to current/upcoming marketing themes (Quản lý công tác trưng bày sản phẩm với các nhân sự của nhãn hàng và bố trí quầy hàng theo từng chủ đề)
Demonstrate product usage and educate the customer on product application (Cho khách hàng trải nghiệm sản phẩm thực tế, hướng dẫn khách hàng cách sử dụng)
Maintain accurate stock records, conducts stock checks and report discrepancies (Theo dõi hàng tồn kho chính xác, tiến hành kiểm tra tồn và báo cáo kịp thời.)
Perform stock- taking duties and replenish inventory to maintain stock (Thực hiện công tác kiểm kho và bổ sung hàng hóa duy trì kho đầy đủ.)

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene of display units, testers and counters/stores (Luôn vệ sinh sạch sẽ hàng hóa trưng bày quầy kệ/ cửa hàng)
Uphold and follow the grooming standard set by Brand in the areas of makeup, nails, hair, attire and accessories (Duy trì và tuân theo tiêu chuẩn tác phong quy định bởi nhãn hàng trong việc trang điểm, móng tay chân, kiểu tóc, trang phục và phụ kiện)
Promote and support ELC internal cross brands selling in the store (Quảng bá và hỗ trợ các thương hiệu chéo các các dòng mỹ phẩm khác nhau tại cửa hàng)
Follow the respective Brand selling guideline and Store operations guideline (Tuân theo hướng dẫn của từng thương hiệu và hoạt động của cửa hàng)
Work closely with store supervisor and team mates to achieve counter sales targets (Phối hợp chặt chẽ với với quản lý và các thành viên trong team để đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng tại quầy)
Adhere closely to instructions given by Brand Commerical team & Store operations team (Tuân theo sự hướng dẫn của nhãn hàng và team vận hành đưa ra
