Geniee Vietnam is seeking a passionate Customer Success Assistant who will work closely with the headquarters team in Japan to support any requests/tasks on the system. The position requires operators to understand Geniee’s products (Geniee SFA/CRM) and to perform some of the following tasks:

Understand normal business flow and be able to operate and work with systems/platforms.Am hiểu sản phẩm công ty và công cụ của các đối tác

Office equipment system skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office and related software).Kỹ năng sử dụng hệ thống, thiết bị văn phòng (email, internet, Microsoft Office và các phần mềm liên quan)

Good command of Japanese (N2 level is a must) & basic English communication.
