JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare and review night audit reports, ensuring accuracy of financial and operational data.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless overnight operations.
Oversee hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise the Front Office night team, ensuring service delivery meets brand standards.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures during the night.
Pre- Opening / Set- up Responsibilities
Assist in establishing night shift procedures, SOPs, and emergency protocols.
Participate in system testing (PMS, communication, and reporting tools).
Ensure all reporting and operational checklists are set up for opening.
Conduct mock night audit and trial operations to ensure readiness.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of night team members.

Guest- oriented, professional, and highly responsible.
Previous experience as Night Manager, Duty Manager, or similar supervisory role in hotels or resorts.
Knowledge of Front Office operations, night audit, and PMS systems.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
Strong leadership and decision- making skills.
