NodeJS Developer (4+YoE, English)

Collaborate closely with frontend developers, testers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code, with a strong focus on system performance and stability.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Work directly with international clients through meetings, chats, and emails to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and develop new features.
Design and implement high- performance backend services using Node.js and related technologies.
Contribute to improving team workflows and coding standards.
Participate in system architecture discussions and propose suitable technical solutions.

Can write clear technical documentation and emails in English
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with React.js or React Native.
Solid problem- solving skills, proactive mindset, and high sense of responsibility.
Good command of English- Able to participate in meetings and discussions with clients via call or chat.
At least 4 years of experience in backend development using Node.js and JavaScript.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or basic DevOps practices.
Proficient in Git, CI/CD processes, and Agile working methodologies.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, backend architecture, and database operations.
Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, OSGi, or Spring Boot is a plus.
Prior experience in product- based or international client projects.

13 months’ salary + holiday bonuses; annual salary review (twice a year).
Working time: 8:00- 17:30 (off 1.5h from 12h to 13h30 for lunch) from Monday to Friday
