NodeJS Techlead

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment between architectural vision and implementation.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Create architectural diagrams, including UML and C4 diagrams, to communicate and visualize complex technical concepts.
Champion best practices in design patterns, architectural patterns, and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and propose effective technical solutions.
Provide hands- on leadership by actively participating in coding, especially in Node.JS, and setting coding standards.
Mentor and guide engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of architectural strategies.
Architect and design end- to- end solutions, leveraging your expertise in Node.JS and JavaScript
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality, scalability, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase.

A focus on detail including around automated tests and documenting your code
Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead.
7+ years experience in software development using Node.js
An understanding of what we’re doing (and why) and a passion to get involved
Good consulting skill
Proficient in JavaScript/ TypeScript; Node.JS
Experience debugging and optimising web applications for speed and scale
Pride in your work and a desire to contribute to a small team of dedicated and talented people
