Check daily booking/event, co- op working with other departments for 86 list and a daily special. Assign the daily job assignment.
Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy, table setup is correct, glass wares and cutlery are polished and in good condition, tables for big groups or events have been set up, and served station is clean and re- fill.
Serving the guest by following company SOP.
Work with the Hostess for daily booking and planning the table layout to maximize the capacity but also ensure the comfort of the other guests.
Work with supervisor to perform monthly inventory checking.
Performance of other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager
Maintain good body hygiene and grooming.
After service, time assigned/check the progress of the daily job assignment to close the restaurant.
Resolve the food and drink problem. If the problem is out of your authority, inform the supervisor/manager to help you resolve the problem.

At least 2 years experience in the Senior Server or Captain service position
Ability to manage your team, train newcomers, and co- op working with other departments.
Following company policy, rules, and sop
Ability to work overtime if required, working on a holiday, Tet.
Honesty, Responsibility, Enthusiastic, Discipline.
Good working manner.
Good English communication, Japanese is preferred
