NPI Senior Project Engineer

Internal project communication with CFT members
Communication with KAM or customer to make clear of all customer requirements
Customer audit support
Project process control (including budget, timing, quality, and sourcing)
Support after SOP
Engineering change (from customer) process control
Internal kick- off meeting, CFT team build and information transfer (customer requirements, timing, target…)
Risk management
Whole project APQP process management
Project status report to managing director.
PPAP file collection and submit

Project management experience
Knowledge of carbon fiber industry is preferable
Knowledge about IATF 16949:2016
Good communication skills
Experience in applying 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) is required.
Good speaking and written skills inEnglish
