Officer, Operations Materials Management (Contract 9-Month)

Other ad- hoc tasks to support team’s overall efficiency and flexibility.
Manage inventory, meet stock turnover targets, and reduce slow‑moving/expired materials by working with relevant End‑users for disposition decisions.
Collect payment documents for expense service.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
Work closely with End‑users to identify material demands promptly, plan appropriately, and place purchase orders for indirect materials.
Handle administrative tasks such as supporting system user registration and other assigned duties.
Ensure data integrity in price setup, PO issuance, and contract/transaction records. Highlight and report to the Manager any issues or potential risks related to materials through effective collaboration with suppliers and end‑users.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

High adaptability, attention to detail, willing to learn attitude.
Familiar using MS Office and quick learning with corporate systems (SAP).
Ideally 1- 3 years of professional experience in same role within an international corporate.
Good English communication, positive and proactive personalities.
Education background in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business or relevant majors.
