JOB DESCRIPTION
If you&039;re a newly graduated who is also self- driven, earnest, and willing to learn & develop a long- term career as an accountant in a dynamic and challenging start- up environment, then we want you on our team!
Employment type: Full- time (No Moonlighting allowed, Must be graduated or finished studies)
Package: From 10 million VND plus bonus (gross- negotiable)
Location: Ha Noi or HCM (Online/Remote)

Position: Accountant (Fresher/Junior- up to 1 year of working experience)
About this role:
Accurately file quarterly and annual tax reports
Other works and research tasks related to accounting tasks as assigned.
Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, etc. to process purchase order, negotiate contract, agreement and service / product pricing
Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, and reports and maintain a company’s tax database
Reconcile QuickBooks data
Organize, analyze, review, modify and verify the correctness & accuracy of information
Communicate and work with fulfilment department to ensure smooth operation of product shipment
Bookkeeping and creating journal entries using Quickbooks, spreadsheets, and other accounting software/services.
Handle confidential information in all forms ensuring security.
Keep track and audit inventory regularly to ensure timely order and accurate information
REQUIREMENTS
Can- do attitude: Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity in a fast- growing environment.
University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
Great attention to detail, strong problem- solving skills, documentation skills, data analysis, and multi- tasking.
Experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online, is an advantage.
Capable of reading and comprehending tax and accounting documents and regulations in English.
Newly graduated or up to 1 year of working experience, e- commerce experience is preferable.
Be expected to be readily available to work as required (i.e. weekends, etc.)
Ability to handle confidential information and value integrity.
Passionate about start- ups, technology, and e- commerce.

Personal Laptop.

BENEFITS
Standard package: from 10 million VND + extra bonus (Gross)
Work directly with co- founders.
Probation: 02 months (100% salary).
Working hours: 8 hours per day (flexible schedule), totaling 40 hours per week.
5 annual sick leaves, and 12 annual paid leaves. Paid national holidays according to Vietnam’s official schedule.
