Key Responsibilities

Assist with other assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.
Provide on- site English–Vietnamese interpretation during meetings and daily working sessions between the Chief of People Strategies & Transformation and staffs.
Translate documents, emails, and written materials between English and Vietnamese.
Support information flow and coordination between management and internal departments.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Fourth- year students or fresh graduates majoring in English Language, Translation & Interpreting, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
Able to work under pressure and manage tasks responsibly.
Prior internship or basic interpreting experience is an advantage.
Strong English listening and speaking skills, especially in face- to- face communication.
Careful, proactive, and confident in communication.
