LIXIBOX International Brand Team is looking for a proactive and detail- oriented university student to support our Creator, UGC and Affiliate Marketing campaigns for the U.S. market.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with international creators and gain hands- on experience in:

Supporting Amazon Creator and Affiliate operations
Researching and sourcing creators across TikTok, Instagram, Insense and Amazon
Preparing and organizing email confirmations, SOWs, contracts and payment documents
Reviewing published content against campaign briefs and agreed deliverables
Managing creator information, live links, affiliate links, promotional codes and ad codes
Supporting creator outreach, communication and follow- ups
Tracking product shipments, content progress, revisions and posting deadlines
Coordinating with Admin, Logistics and other internal teams

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience is not required
Proactive, responsible and comfortable following tasks through until completion
Third- or fourth- year university student
Highly organized and attentive to details, links, data and deadlines
Interested in Influencer Marketing, UGC, TikTok, Amazon Affiliate, E- commerce, Beauty or Wellness
Familiarity with Google Sheets, filters and basic formulas is a plus
Able to work independently and manage multiple ongoing tasks
Strong written and spoken English; IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent is preferred

ROLE DETAILS

Schedule: Flexible around university commitments, with clear expectations for deadlines and response times
Engagement type: Monthly freelance contract

Working format: Remote
Reports to: Arie – International Brand Team

Please note: This is a freelance contract position and does not include internship certification or company stamping.
Working schedule: Office- hour availability is preferred. Evening working hours may be considered if the candidate can consistently meet deadlines, provide complete progress updates and remain responsive when reporting or clarification is required.
