Build and manage dynamic recruitment pipelines leveraging data- driven strategies and AI- powered tools.
Embody the operator mindset by adapting to new challenges and taking ownership of innovative recruitment solutions.
Analyze candidate data and market trends to inform recruitment decisions and enhance process efficiency.
Coordinate end- to- end recruitment projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, to engage candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive.
Fresh graduate or final- year student with a data- centric academic background (Psicology, Business, Analytics, etc.).
