Onsite DN/ Sr Full-stack Dev Wordpress/NextJS

The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following:

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high- quality solutions.
Ensure performance optimization, security, and best practices across applications.
Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and Headless WordPress.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in PHP for backend and WordPress customizations.

The Senior Full- stack Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

Solid knowledge of PHP and WordPress customization.
Hands- on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding teams.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Good experience with TypeScript.
5+ years of professional development experience in modern web technologies.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.
Experience with Headless WordPress development and integration.
Strong proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS (App Router, Server Components, API routes).
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization.
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, etc.).
Previous experience in a client- facing or consulting role
