Position: Onsite Product Manufacturing Manager
Mission
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Product Manufacturing Manager who will take following tasks:
- Analyze the causes of product non- conformities and implement action plans
- Manage costs associated with the project
- Manage (projects) and determine the medium/long term activity load
- Define production objectives and schedule (ramp- up, rejection rate, defect rate)
- Manage continuous improvement actions
- Participate in production transfers
- Manage the process in accordance with management standards (quality, environment, information systems security, etc.)
- Manage and validate the different stages of the industrialization process with 3P
- Ensure that exemptions are applied and reservations are lifted
- Plan and optimize product manufacturing in terms of costs, quality and deadlines
- Manage the manufacturing teams (project, production…)
- Anticipate and define resource needs (material and human)
- Monitor compliance with cost, deadline and quality objectives defined through monitoring indicators
- Integrate knowledge of legal metrology and associated normative aspects into its activity.
- Validate the manufacturing file
