OPD-Shipping Specialist (Dau Giay, Dong Nai)

Receive order from Customers- mapping with Production schedule and on- hand booking to have loading plan
Daily communicate/manage trucking plan & loading plan to zero backlog
Highlight to upper level for any potential risk of failing shipment, FGs not ready to ship on time
Workout daily trucking plan to Truckers; workout daily loading plan
Work on ERP: Oracle- Generate Shipment UI, generate Shipment note…
Balance loading plan with Warehouse loading time so that it can be aligned with warehouse capacity
Daily follow and manage booking status with forwarder
Work with relating functions to improve material status to meet customer request date.
Work with warehouse and related functions (Production, PMC, Quality..) to coordinate and get FGs ready to load
Check material status and confirm cargoes ready date to customer following customer’s request
Submit accurate documents to Carriers/Forwarders; ensure no late submission
Have a close eye on production line status to have prompt communication/alert to relating Teams and adjust loading schedule if needed
Others tasks assigned by leader/manager
Bachelor degree related to Supply Chain, logistics, transportation, import- export...
Minimum 01 year experience for Manufacturing company
Have basic knowledge in Logistics field; Order processing and order management
Teamwork English is a must, Chinese is an advantage;
Good communication, presentation Planning skill
Excel: need to be good; ERP system; VBA or Power BI is a plus
