Operation Executive

Ensure & maintain product quality standards.Search potential location to open new retail outlets.
Responsible for aspects of retail operations, including managing of manpower allocation, managing & motivating of retail staff, stock level monitoring.
Perform other assigned tasks by BOM.
Ensure outlets operate in accordance to company’s expectation and meeting strategic objectives.
Increasing of sales figures and managing operation flow efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Possesses a mature & independent personality with positive work attitude
Graduate in Business Management Related Degree
Excellent command of spoken and written Vietnamese, English or Mandarin
Willing to travel within Vietnam and overseas whenever needed.
At least 3 years experience in F&B related operation management
