JOB PURPOSE:
Operation Executive will support the execution and delivery of event projects by coordinating tasks, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth day- to- day operation under the direction of Event Lead.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project Planning & Execution
Participate in event planning and execute assigned tasks under Event Lead direction
Follow project timeline and ensure deliverables are on track
Sourcing & Task Management
Manage assigned scopes within projects (e.g. production items, content flow, reporting)
Source and coordinate with vendors/suppliers (design, production, programming, etc.)
Monitor progress and proactively update status to Event Lead (WIP tracking)
Coordination
Support cross- functional collaboration to deliver event requirements
Work closely with internal teams (creative, account, production…) to ensure alignment
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports, recap materials, and internal documentation for assigned projects
Learning & Development
Continuously improve knowledge of event management, production, and industry trends
Proactively learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and working methods
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Experience & Background
Background in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or relevant fields
1–3 years experience in event, activation, or related field (agency experience is a plus)
Skills
Basic understanding of event production and execution flow
Good communication and coordination ability
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel (required for proposal building, budgeting, and reporting)
Detail- oriented with strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Mindset
Proactive, willing to learn, and can- do attitude
Team player with positive working spirit
Flexible and adaptable in fast- paced environment
Language
Good English communication (written & spoken)
Bonus Points
Experience working on large- scale events, launches, or brand activations
Basic skills in proposal/presentation (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Experience in handling vendors/suppliers

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION:
Location: A Plus Building, 230/18 Pasteur, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
