WHAT TO DO
• Responsible for aspects of retail operations, including managing of manpower allocation,
• Ensure outlets operate in accordance to company’s expectation and meeting strategic objectives.
managing & motivating of retail staff, stock level monitoring.
• Increasing of sales figures and managing operation flow efficiency.
• Perform other assigned tasks by BOM.
• Ensure & maintain product quality standards.
• Search potential location to open new retail outlets.
