OPERATION LCL EXECUTIVE

Establish and maintain strong relationships with coloaders, market partners, and freight service providers to ensure smooth container planning and cargo handling.
Calculate freight rates, operational costs, and prepare invoices for various shipping routes.
Coordinate and provide clear instructions to warehouse staff, field operators, and customers regarding daily and weekly logistics plans.
Proactively handle and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Develop and manage weekly and monthly consolidation box planning.
Perform other tasks or special assignments as delegated by management.
Support the Sales team and customers by addressing unexpected issues to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Analyze Profit and Loss (PnL) for each consol box and propose cost optimization strategies.

· Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, International Business, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong understanding of consolidation operations and international shipping procedures.
· Excellent teamwork skills.
· Analytical thinking and problem- solving abilities.
· Good at Microsoft office skill
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Honest, enthusiastic, and dedicated to work.
· High sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and creativity.
· Proactive and positive attitude
