Operation Quality Engineer

• This leader will lead a team in Techtronic Industries Vietnam factory, take charge of In- Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control and Process Quality Support. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare check card, sampling plan, process audit, non- conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc
• Manage the process of In- Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards
• Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality
• Support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non- conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place
• Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001
• Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
• Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions

Academic:
• College above and majored in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Science
Years of experience:
• At least 3 years in Quality field in an engineer position. With working experience in metal, plastic and electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management
Special knowledge:
• Good English, written and spoken
• Good team player with positive approach
• Able to work effectively without direct supervision
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results
