Operation Specialist

Investigate reasons for customer or partner termination; update records and generate reports.
Create and manage promotional bundles (e.g., BOGO offers), free packages, and other marketing programs.
Apply and manage discount codes and promotional campaigns for customers.
Monitor payment gateway connections; handle transaction processing and reconciliation to ensure secure and smooth operations.
Send contracts to clients, follow up, and make necessary edits.
Monitor, document, and report system incidents; propose improvements to enhance system stability and security.
Assist in creating and managing profit- sharing packages; optimize related processes within the app and WCT system.
Process profit- sharing withdrawal requests by creating support tickets and managing them via the app and related support channels (WCT).

Able to work as a full- time employee.
Calm, responsible, honest, and prefers stability.
No trading or financial knowledge needed.
University graduate (no prior work experience required).
Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity; must not disclose company or client data.
