JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for executing import and export operations for freight forwarding, including booking, loading, trucking, customs declaration, and preparing various foreign trade documents;
Track the transit status of each shipment, communicate promptly with the business team, and resolve related issues;
Organize and file documents and other related tasks.
Follow up with freight forwarders and arrange reasonable shipment schedules based on needs; handle matters related to shipments from dispatch to pickup and other tasks assigned by superiors;
REQUIREMENTS
Previous operations experience in a freight forwarding company;
Familiar with basic office software operations and able to read English emails;
Proficient in computer operations, meticulous, patient, and highly responsible;
Quick- thinking, adaptable, detail- oriented, with a strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills;
College diploma (or above), preferably in international trade, foreign trade English, logistics, or related fields
English level B or above.
