Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Department: Facility Operation Team
Working Time:
5 days per week (subject to roster schedule). Working shifts may include:
A – Afternoon: 14:00 – 23:00
M – Morning: 06:00 – 16:30
N – Night: 22:00 – 06:00 (assigned as needed)
Job Purpose: To supervise all building operation activities during shifts—ensuring security, safety, cleanliness, and efficient technical performance across all areas (Shopping Mall, Hotel/Serviced Residence, Office, and Public Areas).
Job Description:
Operation Supervision
- Oversee technical operations, repair and renovation works, and construction safety during night shifts.
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the complex to ensure safety, security, and cleanliness in all areas.
- Monitor parking operations, including cashier activities, traffic flow, and safety management.
- Supervise daily operation activities of security, cleaning, parking, and technical contractors and their staff to ensure proper attendance, performance, and service quality.
- Ensure all incidents or irregularities are promptly handled and corrective actions are taken.
Reporting & Improvement
- Handle and report all issues occurring during shifts to the Operation Manager.
- Coordinate with government authorities when necessary to maintain safety and order.
- Propose service, safety, and security improvements to enhance building operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational activities and performance.
- Keep updated on construction and booth renovation schedules for timely supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsible, proactive, and quick to respond to operational issues.
At least 3 years of experience in operations management for large or complex buildings (Shopping Mall, Hotel, Serviced Residence, Office).
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of building systems, including electricity, firefighting, machinery, and basic architecture.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem- solving skills.
Flexible and willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
