Job Description:
Access Control, Key & Security Systems
Maintain the Access Door Control database and grant user access strictly in accordance with approved requests and authorization levels
Manage physical and electronic key management, including key issuance, return, tracking, and record maintenance
Prepare, maintain reports generated from ACS, CCTV and key management data.
Monitor and manage CCTV and Access Door Control systems to ensure system availability and integrity
Operate, maintain, and administer Access Management systems
PRS Operational Support
Coordinate and oversee the daily deployment and activities of the Security Guard team
Maintain administrative rights for designated internal tools and systems (SMT, PRS Hub,..)
Monitor attendance, shift coverage, and discipline of security personnel
Audit & Other Support
Support the closure of audit findings and corrective actions
Support the preparation of audit documentation related to access control and key management
Participate in internal and external PRS audits
Provide administrative and coordination support for PRS activities and events
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Technique, Administration or a related field
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic to good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Intermediate- English communication skills (spoken and written)
