Operator Staff *10 Months Contract - 26714

Purchasing and Inventory Planning.- Cooperate with Sales / Sales Support team to get customer demand forecast, analyze to understand the trend, verify reason of fluctuation.- Get quotation from factories/suppliers then negotiate prices and related terms.- Issue Purchasing order to factories, control Purchasing price, prepare standard stock, safety stock that following purchasing budget.- Mornitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers.- Work closely with suppliers for every purchasing/ delivery/quality issue.2. Warehouse and Logistic controlling.- Cooperate with Logistic agency for all related documents , procedure with import- export issues (HS code, Tax rate, CO, etc)- Follow up with Logistic agency to finish import- export procedure in time and efficiently.- Finding suitable forwarder, control related fee/cost- Supervise/instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound/outbound and proper warehouse operation.

- Having at least 2 years as Purchasing staff cum Warehouse management.
- English: At least Strong intermediate level
- Female, Graduated from University, prefer Economics or related majors.
- Having deep knowledge in Import- Export procedure.

- Social insurance- Year End Party- Company trip: 1 time/ year (hotel 5 stars)
