Optical Sales Manager

Ensure the quality of products and maintain a positive work environment
Manage a team of sales staff, opticians, and technicians
Analyze data to identify trends in customer behavior, preferences, and spending patterns to help improve store performance
Do monthly sales report
Train staff in customer service or request for professional training for new equipment or techniques and conducting performance evaluations to ensure that all employees are performing their jobs effectively
Determine staffing needs based on daily sales volume and customer traffic patterns to ensure that enough employees are available to handle all customer requests in a timely manner
Manage the social media and online sales platforms to capture sales effectively
Supervise the daily operations of the store including managing staff schedulingMaintain inventory of frames and lenses, ensuring that supplies are ordered as needed
Ensure that all products and services offered by the store comply with applicable laws and regulations
Meet with customers to discuss their vision care needs, recommending corrective lenses or other solutions if needed, and taking measurements for glasses or contacts lenses
Coordinate with Optometrist to plan and implement strategies to increase store profits, such as hosting special sales events or increasing prices on certain items
Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure that the store has access to the latest products and services available in the industryResolve customer complaints quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Experience: Over 2 years of experience in management, customer service, and sales
Appearance & Work Attitude: Professional demeanor, neat appearance, proactive at work, and strong sense of responsibility
Education: College or university graduate
Preferred: Experience in the eyewear/optical industry
Good English communication skills
