Coordinate between restaurant service and kitchen for efficient operations.
Monitor staff performance and adherence to SOPs.
Ensure cleanliness, table settings, and ambiance meet Pullman standards.
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in stock control, requisitions, and beverage orders.
Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Support Outlet Manager in achieving guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
Conduct daily pre- shift briefings to update staff on menu changes, VIPs, and promotions.
Monitor POS transactions, billing accuracy, and cashiering procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong F&B service knowledge.
Guest- oriented with problem- solving ability.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Well- organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or restaurant.
Good English communication skills.
Leadership and supervisory ability.
