Part-Time ESL Teacher For Kids & Juniors

Teaching Responsibilities
Feedback: Provide concise, constructive progress reports to parents and the academic manager.
Classroom Environment: Create a safe, fun, and active learning space that encourages student participation.
Student Tracking: Maintain attendance logs and monitor student performance via formative assessments.
Lesson Delivery: Plan and teach classes for Cambridge YLE (Starters, Movers, Flyers), Phonics, and Public Speaking.
Schedule
Working Hours: Flexible shifts, primarily weekday evenings (5:30 PM – 8:30 PM) and weekends.

Skills: Strong communication, storytelling, and classroom management abilities.
English Proficiency: IELTS 7.0 or above (or equivalent proficiency).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English or TESOL.
Certification: Teaching certificate (TESOL, TKT, CELTA, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with young learners in a center environment.

Competitive hourly rate for junior/intermediate roles.
Hourly Rate: VND 120,000 – VND 150,000 per hour (negotiable based on experience and performance).
Opportunity to transition into a full- time role based on performance.
Payment Cycle: Monthly, based on total teaching hours completed.
Provided teaching materials and lesson plan frameworks.
Professional training workshops on Cambridge and Phonics curricula.
