Part-Time Weekend Customer Service (Serviced Apartments)

Contract: Minimum 3 months (extendable upon mutual agreement)
Company: Aspire J.S.C.
Working Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Provide brief updates at the end of the day on progress and any issues noticed.
Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Be on site during light renovation works to observe and ensure activities do not affect tenant safety, cleanliness, or comfort (not a construction supervision role).
Support the Operations & Leasing teams with customer service tasks as needed (e.g., answering weekend inquiries, coordinating viewings, assisting with move- ins/outs, logging issues for follow- up).
Coordinate access and inform tenants in advance if any minor work may cause noise or inconvenience.

Who We’re Looking For

Outgoing, enthusiastic, and responsible personality.
Conversational English skills
Reliable and comfortable communicating with both tenants and contractors.
