Get to know the Role:

We are seeking a highly active and organized Partner Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential role in ensuring engaging activities & events are well- managed and controlled, as well as successfully organized, by performing various tasks, including planning ideas, managing, executing and implementing the proposed projects, as well as supporting other relevant teams.

The Day- to- Day Activities:

Coordinate with cross- functional teams to drive project successfully, as well as provide actively support to other departments as needed
Generate ideas, budgeting and follow detailed execution plan for engagement activities
Lead the end- to- end execution of partner events, ensuring seamless logistics, vendor coordination, and an exceptional guest experience, ensure all tasks are executed as planned and meet project requirements
Content & Design Direction: Provide creative ideas and strategic direction for relevant teams regarding project concepts.
Digitalization: Leverage technology tools to automate workflows and minimize manual workload in campaign execution

The Must- Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in any field related to Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event and other similar fields
Know- how of Microsoft and Google Workplace tools
Strong project management, cross- department communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experiences in relevant positions

Presentation Skills:

A dynamic thinker who thrives on creativity and is always &039;travel- ready&039; to bring innovative ideas to life at any partner location
Problem- solving mindset: The ability to translate partner issues into actionable solutions through highly feasible proposals
