Responsibilities and Duties:
Partnership Development (50%)
Identify and propose potential luxury brands or business partners to support Loyalty and co- branding campaigns, relevant sectors such as F&B, lifestyle, retail, wellness, education and family services…
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure that all partnership commitments are executed effectively
Proactively manage the partnership process from negotiation and documentation to implementation.
Customer Community Development (50%)
Plan and execute community activities such as appreciation events, themed campaigns, contests and interactive programs targeting specific customer segments
Work cross functionally with all teams to design and operate customer membership programs that strengthen loyalty and retention.
Report directly to the Head of Department, providing regular updates on activities, progress and outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to handle communication issues or crises involving current customers, ensuring timely response and consistent brand messaging
Ensure brand love metrics among current customers through consistent engagement and personalized community initiatives
Manage and monitor content and engagement across all community touchpoints, including both in- app and out- app channels
Lead initiatives that contribute to product development by collecting customer feedback, running surveys and relaying insights to enhance customer experience
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administrations or a related field
Have a personal laptop.
Enthusiastic and proactive in work;
Strong communication and relationship- building skills
Experience in contributing to feature development or product initiatives with the goal of optimizing the experience for existing customers
Having at least 2 years of experience in partnership development, customer engagement or community management
Nice to have
Communicate level of English.
Knowledge base of IT domain

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday- 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
