JOB PURPOSE
The Partnership Leader is responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing key partnerships in the Southern region of Vietnam to expand the AWING Ads Network. The role involves developing strong relationships with local businesses, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful collaboration to enhance AWING&039;s market presence.
JOB DETAILS
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the market that can support AWING’s business objectives.
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while aligning with AWING’s strategic goals.
Actively seek out and approach potential partners to expand the AWING Ads Network.
Build and maintain long- lasting relationships with partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration that aligns with AWING’s growth strategy.
Regularly evaluate partnership performance, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met, and make recommendations for improvement when needed.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership deals and support partners with necessary resources.
