Payment System Operations - 30M NET - Hanoi

Coordinate with the product team throughout the integration, maintenance, and operation of payment gateways.
Maintain the stability and reliability of all payment gateway systems.
Collaborate with the Operations team to manage and monitor key operational metrics, ensuring compliance with payment gateway policies and regulations.
Build and maintain reports related to payment gateway performance and quality.
Proactively control risk management and handle issues arising related to payment gateways.
Develop and execute plans for registering and utilizing payment gateways to improve payment processes, payment experience, and cost efficiency.

Excellent coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work across departments.
At least 1 year of experience in payment gateway operations, risk management, or related areas—preferably in e- commerce or fintech.
Proficient in English (reading and writing).
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Diligent, detail- oriented, and responsible.
