Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team in Vietnam. This role will initially cover payroll operations for both Australia and Vietnam, with the potential to expand coverage across the entire APAC region. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries while maintaining collaboration with HR and Finance teams in different regions.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal control policies (Endava Group, SOX, internal and statutory).
- Assist the Finance Manager and other leadership team members as required.
- Input and/or verify payments related to tax, payroll, intercompany and Account payable ensure accuracy before submission for approval.
- Calculate and process monthly payroll for multiple countries within the APAC region, based on data provided by HR.
- Prepare payroll analyses and reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
- Collaborate closely with various Finance and HR teams across Vietnam, Australia and Romania on payroll, payment and accounting related matters.
- Handle monthly and year- end payroll compliance accurately.
