PCB Layout & Hardware Design Engineers

Job Description
We are expanding our PCB Design team and looking for talented PCB Layout & Hardware Design Engineers to work on cutting- edge, high- density, multi- layer electronic products. You will collaborate closely with schematic engineers, mechanical teams, and international customers to deliver reliable, manufacturable, and high- performance designs.
Key Responsibilities

Review and verify schematics, generate BOMs, and coordinate with fabrication & assembly houses
Participate in design reviews, documentation, and customer technical discussions(For Project Leader) Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, manage timelines, and act as the technical point of contact with clients
Ensure designs comply with IPC standards, DFM/DFA, EMI/EMC best practices, and signal/power integrity requirements
Perform full- cycle PCB layout design (component placement, routing, high- speed signal routing, power distribution, thermal management)

Must- have:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering or related fields
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) – daily interaction with overseas clients
Solid knowledge of power supply design (LDO, Buck, Boost, PMIC) and analog/digital circuits (ADC/DAC, Op- Amp, filters, etc.)
Familiarity with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques, stack- up definition, and PCB manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret complex schematics
Strong understanding of common interfaces: I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet, etc.

Nice- to- have (especially for Project Leader):

Previous experience leading projects or small teams
Proficiency in Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, or Altium Designer
Hands- on experience in schematic design and hardware bring- up
High- speed design experience (DDR3/DDR4/LPDDR, PCIe, MIPI, RF/antenna, SerDes, etc.)
4+ layer PCB design (6–20 layers), HDI, rigid- flex is a strong advantage
