PCBA Production Supervisor

Ensure strict compliance with production procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Manage prototype production processes, ensuring product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and on- time delivery.
Support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) / Production Control in monitoring and managing components and materials used on the production line.
Oversee daily SMT and PCBA production line operations, including production planning, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and relevant teams to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Lead and guide the production team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Monitor production performance and track key KPIs such as yield rate, productivity, and on- time delivery.

Strong hands- on experience with PCBA manufacturing, SMT processes, and hand soldering processes.
Good understanding of PCBA design principles and manufacturing fundamentals.
Proven leadership and team management experience in a production environment.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA production environment.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
